We're DeStress Express Massage & Spa, and we specialize in a variety of massage, skin, and nail services. We've been open since 1996, where our founder Lynn Graves started with a one-room shop. We are one of the most extensive spa facilities in Hampton Roads, with over 25 spa professionals specializing in client care and wellness.

We are family-owned and operated and have been locally based from the beginning. We love being part of the Hampton Roads Community.
